By creating an account and using Yumm-AI (via our mobile application or website), you explicitly consent to the following:

  • Data Processing: You agree to the collection and processing of your personal data, ingredient lists, and usage metrics as outlined in our Data Safety and Privacy Policy.

  • AI Generation: You acknowledge that recipes, macro-nutrient estimates, and cooking instructions are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, you consent that you are solely responsible for verifying food safety, cooking temperatures, and allergen information before consuming any prepared meals.

  • Device Permissions (Mobile/Web): You consent to granting Yumm-AI access to your device camera and photo library for the express purpose of using the fridge and receipt scanning features, as well as receiving push notifications for meal plans and app updates. This permission can be revoked at any time in your device or browser settings.
